This package includes a focused and structured
program of personal training,
heart rate monitor
training, fitness assessments and
goal setting
designed to help transform your body and fitness
level in just 12 weeks. Participants work with
their trainer 5 days a week—no excuses—for a
total of 24 sessions. Upon registering, you are
required to commit to specific days and times
each week for a consecutive 12-week period. |
